Getting Started

“The first month or so working as a PCA with Student Experience was very challenging, yet very rewarding.  This was possible because the staff gave me the tools and support to succeed and grow both personally and professionally.  Because of this, from day one I have never felt like just another employee.”

− Carly Senior at University of Minnesota Duluth, Major: Marketing, Minor:

Psychology (Current employee with Student Experience, working as PCA for 6 months)

Applying What You Learn

“Working with Student Experience has been the perfect opportunity for me to take what I have learned in the classroom and apply it, all while helping others!  The staff has been very helpful in making my experience great.  With what I have learned from working with Student Experience, and with my client, I feel I will be ready to enter into my professional career with the experience and confidence I need for success.”

− Jess Senior at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Major: Art Therapy (Current

employee with Student Experience, been working as PCA for 1 year)

Successful Futures

“I wouldn’t be where I am today without my experience as a PCA.  I truly believe it was my time with Student Experience and the letter of recommendation from my Relations Manager that set me apart from other applicants and allowed me to be accepted into five graduate schools’ programs in Speech Pathology.”

− Cori University of Minnesota Duluth graduate and former employee of Student Experience
