Service charges and costs
Service charges are € 195 per month, including heating, electricity, water, and internet. Costs for furniture items of € 70 per month are included in the service charges.
Deposit
The deposit is € 800 or € 1100, depending on the studio type. This fee should be paid together with your first month's rent in your first transfer.
