Your studio is fully furnished for your comfort. Make a nice cup of coffee in your private coffee area and relax on your private terrace. We’ve also prepared a bathroom and linen set. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.

Studio prices
The studio prices in Madrid Pozuelo start at € 990 per month for 10-month durations or longer. Prices for shorter stays vary and incur higher rates.

Deposit
The deposit is € 1.500, and the reservation fee is € 50. These fees are to be paid together with your first month's rent in your first transfer.
Meal plan
The location has a restaurant, DO EAT!. You can select one of the options:
- Half board with breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner for € 305 per month (20 tickets for breakfast and 20 tickets for lunch or dinner);
- Full board with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for € 420 per month (20 tickets for breakfast and 40 tickets for lunch or dinner);
- No meal plan.
The prices are per month and include VAT. Meals are available from Monday to Friday; on Saturday brunch only and on Sunday dinner only. Extra meals are available at the restaurant upon request.
